Palay is a furnished student residence in the heart of Montreal. The bilingual name is a unique combination of ‘palais’ - French for palace - and ‘play’.

The house logo represents the distinctive street-level entrance facade, while the roof doubles as an upward arrow, nodding to the tower’s height.
